Our Story, Your New Tradition
The name Emilio Finatti comes from a 1950s friendship that turned simple snacks into lasting memories. Owner Aaron Gehrman opened our first pizzeria in White Rock in 2005 with one promise: make pizza that brings people together.
Now we’re bringing that spirit to Chilliwack – hand-stretched dough, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, and sauces that taste like home.
