Hey PoCo! I’m Aaron Gehrman, founder of Emilio Finatti. The name comes from a friendship between my dad and Emilio in the 1950s-turning simple snacks into meaningful moments. We brought that spirit into every pie we make.

I fell in love with pizza at 14, opened Emilio Finatti in 2005, and our Port Coquitlam location followed in 2020. Since then, we’ve leaned into the craft: hand-stretched dough, balanced sauces, premium toppings-all served with heart.
