Hey White Rock, I’m Aaron Gehrman. Founder of Emilio Finatti. Our name honours a 1950s friendship between my dad, Ray, and his buddy Emilio. They proved that simple food can turn ordinary moments into lifelong memories. That idea is baked into every pie.
I started working in food service at 14, fell in love with pizza, and took a leap that led me right here – opening our first shop in White Rock in 2005. From day one, we’ve obsessed over hand-stretched dough, clean toppings, and flavour that brings people together.
