Long before we had multiple locations across BC, White Rock was where our story and our signature slices came to life.

Perched near the waterfront, our White Rock location holds a special place in Emilio Finatti history. It is where we tested our first dough batches, experimented with sauce recipes, and learned the power of listening to our community.

A Message from Aaron Gehrman

“White Rock is where everything started for me,” shares founder Aaron Gehrman. “The smell of fresh dough mixing with ocean air, it was magic. The locals here embraced us when we were still finding our footing, and their feedback shaped our menu into what it is today.”

Our Coastal Influence

Life by the ocean taught us patience and precision. Just as the tides move at their own pace, we learned to let our dough ferment naturally, creating the texture and flavour we are known for. Many of our signature pizzas today, served in Langley City, Port Moody, and beyond, have their roots in those early White Rock days.
