The Legacy That Started in Langley

“Langley has always been home base for us,” says Aaron Gehrman, founder of Emilio Finatti Pizzeria. “When we first opened in 2005, we had no idea the community would embrace us the way it did. Expanding into Walnut Grove is more than opening another shop, it is about carrying forward the same connection, quality, and neighborhood spirit that Langley City gave us from day one.”

The name Emilio Finatti honors a cherished friendship from the 1950s. Emilio was a close friend of my dad, Ray, and together they whipped up simple snacks that brought friends and family together. That love for food and community inspired me to open our first shop in White Rock, and eventually plant deep roots in Langley.

Why Walnut Grove and Chilliwack

Walnut Grove is not just another pin on the map, it is a natural extension of our Langley location, serving a community that has been asking for us for years. The demand has been so strong that we knew it was time to bring our handcrafted thin crusts and bold flavours right to their backyard.

Chilliwack represents our next big leap into the Fraser Valley. Known for its vibrant food scene and strong sense of community, it is the perfect match for the Emilio Finatti brand.
