About Emilio Finatti Pizzeria
At Emilio Finatti Pizzeria, we believe pizza isn’t just food – it’s an experience meant to be shared with family, friends, and community. What started as a small artisan pizzeria has grown into a local favorite across White Rock, Langley City, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Walnut Grove, and Chilliwack, serving handcrafted artisian pizzas made with passion, authenticity, and fresh ingredients.
Our Cheesy Mission
Our mission is simple: craft unforgettable pizza that blends tradition with innovation. Every recipe on our menu has been refined through years of dedication, late nights in the kitchen, and listening to what our customers love most.
What Makes Our Pizza Different
Hand-crafted Dough
We cold-ferment our dough to bring out authentic flavor and texture you can taste in every bite.
Premium Ingredients
From farm-fresh veggies to locally sourced meats, quality is our obsession.
Community Flavor
We’re not a chain. Each location is run with the same independent spirit that started our very first shop.
This dedication is why Emilio Finatti has become a go-to destination across BC.
Our Community Comes First
We’re more than a pizzeria. We’re part of the neighborhood. From sponsoring local events to supporting community initiatives, Emilio Finatti Pizzeria gives back to the same communities who have supported us for years.
You’re family. Whether you grab an E-Slice after a long day, order delivery for movie night, or sit down with friends at our shop, we want every experience to feel personal.

Where It All Started
The name Emilio Finatti is personal. Back in the 1950s, Emilio was a close friend of my dad, Ray. They’d whip up simple snacks that somehow turned ordinary afternoons into something special. Food wasn’t just food-it was connection.
At 14, I was already working in food service (my dad figured I’d bring home free treats). I was a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles kid, so pizza felt mythical. We didn’t have it often-mostly birthdays-so every hot, cheesy pie became a core memory with friends around the table.
My first job in a neighbourhood pizza shop sealed it. I fell in love with the craft and started experimenting at home, chasing that same feeling Emilio and my dad sparked decades ago-bringing people together, one slice at a time.
At 21, I left business school, bought a tiny spot in White Rock from a classified ad, and opened Emilio Finatti Pizzeria in 2005. The community helped me fine-tune every detail. Six months later, we were self-sustaining. Today, with more locations on the way, our goal hasn’t changed: we don’t just melt cheese-we melt hearts.
