Emilio Finatti Pizzeria is a British Columbia–based artisan pizza brand founded in 2005 by owner Aaron Gehrman in White Rock, BC. We serve hand‑stretched thin‑crust pizza made from fresh, local ingredients and are known for our honey‑butter finish and the upcoming E‑Slice – the new standard for pizza by the slice.
We currently have pizzerias in White Rock, Langley City, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody, with new locations opening soon in Walnut Grove and Chilliwack. Each location offers dine‑in, takeout, and delivery; select locations will roll out E‑Slice in 2025.
